Org design is an essential part of any transformation project. A good org design process is also incredibly valuable for building business cases, understanding hiring requirements and even performing training needs analysis. Over the past few years we’ve been using and developing our own design process that we’d like to share here.
While we use, and recommend, Skore app as a support tool in this process it can be done with many existing tools available to the team. Skore app really accelerates the process through its integrated reporting capability. This makes it one of the best tools we’ve come across for designing the work processes, roles and job descriptions in an iterative org design process.
